2017 Employee Engagement Survey Is One Week Away
Own your engagement! Now is the time to make your voice heard. All Sibley employees are urged to take 10 minutes and complete the 2017 Johns Hopkins Employee Engagement Survey, which will be conducted from March 6 through March 26.
The survey is administered by the Gallup Organization, which will email an invitation to employees with a random survey access code that ensures confidentiality. No matter how large of an institution, it is important for all employees’ voices to be heard. Share your honest opinion about your workplace, then you can say, “I engaged.” You will answer core statements about your work, recognition and growth; questions about respect and diversity, and custom questions about senior leadership, communication and accountability using a one-to-five scale.
You will see the full results later this summer. Then, you will have the chance to do something with them. Together with your manager and team, you will use the results to create impact plans for positive change.
Webinar: Diagnosis as a Team Sport

- The benefits of teamwork in diagnosis
- How to involve nurses and allied health professionals as critical members of the diagnostic team
- Ways to engage patients so that they contribute to accurate diagnoses
- Legal, cultural and logistical barriers to diagnostic teamwork
The webinar will begin with a presentation of about 40 minutes, to be followed by Q&A. Click here for more information and to register.
